Isabelle Gan

I'm a product engineer and founder. I believe good design is inseparable from good engineering.

Starting my first company at 16 with PayPal as a title sponsor brought me into the world of 0-1. Since then, I've been on all sides of the table: investing at Pear VC and Ripple Ventures, and driving product, engineering, and GTM across startups and Fortune 500s.

While at the University of Waterloo, I explored cognitive science, researched human-computer interaction, and led product teams shipping software pro bono for nonprofits.

Now, I'm building infrastructure to make healthcare data interoperable, supported by Founders Inc and Redesign Health.

Outside of work, I'm an endurance athlete, photographer, model, and Formula 1 fan. I find beauty in solo travel, go deep on longevity research, and am working toward summiting a mountain on every continent.
